Albert Saltiel, M.D.

Dr. Saltiel is the founder of the company. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric critical care and has over twenty-five years experience in various aspects of health care delivery systems, network organization, practice management, credentialing, quality improvement and risk management. He holds several leadership positions and is a founder of one of the largest pediatric specialty practices in Florida and one of the largest pediatric provider networks in the country. ×

Shari Craig

Shari has served as Chief Operating Officer since the company began. She has over 25 years experience in health care and practice administration and has been instrumental in the organization and development of large single and multispecialty practices. Her extensive experience in all aspects of practice management is well respected among her peers and Fountainhead clients.

Deborah A. Whitney-Saltiel, RN, MSN, MPH

Debbie joined Fountainhead in 2015. She earned a master’s degree in nursing and public health and is certified in risk management and leadership development. She held leadership positions at children’s hospitals and served as Director of Women and Children Health Studies at Yale University. She organized programs that focus on leadership development, employee engagement, process analysis and department reorganization for educational institutions and both private and public companies. Debbie oversees brand development, employee and benefits management and leadership development for Fountainhead and its clients. ×
